You knew I could not. You knew we would not. Thank you for the plan you had to lift us all out of the muck and mire of sin.
You cannot look on anything, or anyone who is not as an unblemished lamb. Pure and holy. Thank you for your Lamb, Jesus. They were told He would come. We know that He DID come.
Thank you, that by belonging to Him - we have His blood over the doorposts of our lives. Death will pass over this house of flesh. Our body may decay, but our spirit will soar, because our earthly shell of a home - is covered in the blood of the unblemished Lamb.
Thank you that your blood covers my sin, and I will enter your presence that day. Thank you that the reality of You causes me to give my life to you fresh and new each day. For You, O Lord, are strong enough for any problem we face HERE. Amen.
